NEW Update September 1, 2021: On the condition that COVID-19 case numbers stay low in Alberta, TIES will proceed to slowly reintegrate clients back into the classroom setting during Fall/Winter 2021. Online and hybrid options will be available for clients who are not comfortable coming back to the classroom on a full-time basis. Update March 15, 2020: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, services at The Immigrant Education Society (TIES) have now temporarily moved ONLINE. All of our staff are working from home to continue our operations.

The health and safety of our students, volunteers, and staff are our top priority. This is a way for us to continue serving our community, as best as we can, while keeping everyone safe and secure.

We will monitor and follow the recommendations of Alberta Health Services as the situation unfolds and will alert you when face-to-face education resumes at all of our facilities.
